Important delivery information:
- We do not deliver items on Sundays or bank holidays.
- Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2 PM (UK time). Please bear in mind, orders placed after 2 PM will be posted for delivery the next working day.
- Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will not be processed until Monday or if orders placed on a public & bank holiday, will not be processed until the following working day.
- Delivery will be through Royal Mail, therefore if they leave a card stating your parcel is either with your neighbour or at your local post office you will need to discuss the details with them.
